Who we are
Built by someone who's lived both sides of this industry.
Shannon Lonergan has spent the last nine years inside the VA industry. She built a freelance operation to multiple six-figures alongside 11 white-labeled contractors. Then COVID hit and it was gone almost overnight. Not because the need went away, but because there was no infrastructure to hold it.
That moment from March 2020 never left her. So in the fall of 2021, she brought in Lexie Rendeiro. Not because Lexie had years of VA experience, but because Shannon recognized something in her and trusted it. Lexie learned the industry from the inside, and together they started to see exactly what was broken and what it would take to fix it.
In February 2024, Shannon and Lexie co-founded InFocus Virtual Solutions. Together they've lived every side of this: the overwhelmed entrepreneur, the assistant proving her worth, and the operator building the system that connects them.
Their mission is simple. To become the standard for virtual work. Because they've seen what difference an elite Executive VA makes in someone's business, and what a difference it makes to do the work you love while living the life you love.
